In Appreciation of Our Customers – March 2023 Message from CEO Matt Kline
I wanted to take a few moments to express what matters most to my team and me – our sincere gratitude for your continued support and business.
“Thank you for your continued support and business.”
Without you, none of us would be here. We understand the importance of transparency and accurate updates and do everything within our power to satisfy that need. We listen to you and build plans to support your overall needs.
I will say that this does not always come without some bumps in the road, because like I often say to my colleagues and team, “Freight Happens.”
It’s how you recover and communicate that keeps you moving forward. I understand both sides of the desk from a customer point of view, as well as, from the supplier side of the business. But, let’s face it, we all have responsibilities to each other, and understand that freight does happen – and freight challenges happen. Working together to solve the current issue at hand is the most useful allocation of time and will have a better outcome for all.
Acts of God, traffic delays, dock delays, driver challenges, warehouse labor shortages, etc. are some of the reasons the freight could get delayed or mishandled, but trust that no one wants to support their customers as much as the suppliers of the freight and warehousing operations. They know the customers have choices and expect nothing but the best out of the service providers.
At AmerTrans, we act as an extension of your team and understand what is expected. My team spends days, nights, and weekends supporting their customers and working with them proactively to anticipate their needs. We provide best in class solutions to support our customers and take pride in the fact that we can call them a customer.
For those of you that we call a customer today, Thank you for the business. For those of you we may service in the future, Thank you for the opportunity to provide you a solution.
Thank you all and have a great week.
